my personal experience with the crystal egg
I stumbled upon the crystal egg several years ago, after a spiritual awakening inspired me to cultivate a healthier and more empowered relationship with my sexuality. Little did I know at the time that it would become the most powerful and transformational tool in my self-healing toolbox to release somatic trauma in the body. A regular practice yields numerous physical, psycho-emotional, and spiritual benefits. I know this because I’ve had an embodied experience with it and have witnessed many a transformation inside my private coaching practice with clients I’ve guided to use it with extreme care and awareness.
The Power of the Crystal Egg Practice
For those who are unfamiliar with this sacred, holistic healing tool/practice, the crystal egg practice has ancient Taoist roots going back to 100 B.C. It is worn inside the vagina and used to tone and strengthen the pelvic floor, enhance sexual health and vitality, and awaken your life force energy. By wearing the egg inside the vagina and practicing a customizable sequence, you can experience physical, psycho-emotional, and spiritual benefits that include:

What You Will Learn
During this virtual workshop, you will learn:
The history and lineage of the crystal egg practice and how to be in right relationship with practices and tools that are not your own. This includes cultural humility and appropriation.
The many physical and psycho-emotional/spiritual benefits of the practice, as well as hygiene and safety considerations.
A customizable sequence (with or without the egg) that you can integrate into an already established self-care/self-pleasure practice or will help you to begin to create one.
Workshop Prep
You don't need to have your own crystal egg to participate in this workshop. Towards the end of the workshop, I will guide you through a customizable embodiment sequence that is VERY powerful, with or without the egg. However, if you do have your own egg, and are already familiar with the hygiene and safety protocols for this practice, feel free to use it.
To prepare for the workshop, you should bring:
Skin-friendly oil (coconut, argan, jojoba, etc.)
Journal and writing utensil
Yoga mat
Tasty beverage and/or snack for nourishment
